Strengthen Your Pelvic Floor, Fully Clothed
Pelvic floor weakness is very common, especially after childbirth and around menopause, yet many people never talk about it. Leaks when you laugh or exercise, a sudden urgent need to go, or broken sleep from night-time toilet trips can quietly chip away at your confidence.
Pelvic floor exercises help, but they’re hard to do correctly and even harder to keep up. The Better Pelvi chair does the work for you: you sit back while it exercises your pelvic floor far more intensively than you could on your own.

Is Better Pelvi Safe for Me?
Better Pelvi is non-invasive and painless, and you stay fully clothed. Because it uses a magnetic field, it isn’t suitable for everyone. Please let us know if you:
- Are pregnant or think you might be
- Have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electronic device
- Have metal implants in or near the pelvic area (for example, a hip replacement or a copper coil)
- Have had recent surgery or are undergoing medical investigations
We’ll go through a full health screening at your consultation. If you have new or unexplained bladder symptoms, pain, or blood in your urine, please speak to your GP first.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to undress?
No. You sit on the chair in your everyday clothes. There are no internal probes and no special preparation.
Does it hurt?
No. You’ll feel your pelvic floor tightening and relaxing, which can feel unusual at first, but it isn’t painful. The intensity is adjusted to suit you.
How long is a session?
Your trial is about 45 minutes, including the consultation and 15 minutes on the chair. Regular treatment sessions are shorter.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your symptoms and goals. Many people notice changes after a few sessions, and a course is recommended for lasting results. We’ll suggest a plan after your trial.
Can men use Better Pelvi?
Yes. It’s suitable for men, including those with leakage after prostate treatment.
Is it covered by health insurance?
Health insurance generally doesn’t cover Better Pelvi, but please check with your provider.
