Jonathan had a very illuminating discussion about many aspects of good health with my wife and I before I received my EWOT treatment and all other staff were courteous and helpful as always. Visiting the Health Hub is always a beneficial experience.

I had a lovely experience today at the Health Hub. I was met at the door by the cheery faces of Julie and Leigh. Julie took me through for my Theralight and PEMF treatments and explained everything clearly to me. I certainly feel some benefit from these treatments already and will probably be booking again soon.

Great first experience at the hub, welcoming, friendly staff, I felt very comfortable around the lady and really enjoyed the environment. I can't quite comment on the effectiveness of pemf just yet for my issues but I'm returning to try it again.

Exceptional place with great staff who are always looking out for you with great attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending this place who have superb facilities for anyone who wants to take advantage of their Oxygen equipment

Phototherapy & Light Therapies

Just love the place

I suffer from all three main skin conditions. Psoriasis, eczema and dermatitis. I have done for years. The therma light treatment at health hub honestly cleared it up and has kept it in a manageable state where I feel I can live normally again. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff are lovely and considerate too and the whole procedure is very therapeutic as well as reasonable. Would 100% be back in the future if need be!

Infrared Saunas

Purchased the Winter Warmer Sauna package and couldn’t be more pleased after my first session! It really is incredible value for money. I would even say that yous are far too cheap! One session is 100% worth the £45. Walking about feeling so relaxed and mentally in a better space. Could recommended enough.

This is an amazing health resource to have right on our doorstep! The facilities are fantastic and the team who run the place are so friendly and knowledgeable. If you live in Quarriers, Kilmacolm, Bridge of Weir or Houston you should definitely check it out!

Made use of the infra red sauna at the Health Hub today. Great value at £45 unlimited use over 3 months. Will hopefully be back on numerous occasions to enjoy the health benefits of the sauna.

Holistic Massage Therapies

Everyone at the Health Hub is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a Swedish back massage with Laura which was amazing! My neck was especially tight but after my massage I felt wonderful! I highly recommend the Health Hub in Quarriers.

Laura is absolutely lovely 🥰 she was able to bring my stress levels down after a hectic start to the morning. I enjoyed my session & hopefully will feel the long lasting benefits from this treatment. xx

1st time visiting Laura and it was a lovely experience. She explained the treatment and then the next 45 minutes where for relaxing. At the end of treatment there was no rush to leave which was welcomed. Can't wait to return!

As always, Laura hits the spots that needed hitting, so much so I'm walking less like Captain Long John Silver and starting to walk more like Mr Fitzwilliam Darcy... Just need to work on the clipped accent though. A trusted and reliable therapist and I couldn't rate her any higher. 10/10
