Yes – there is ample free parking and disabled access to the premises.

We are open between 9:00am and 5:00pm weekdays-and other times by arrangement.

Appointments can be booked online via our website. You can also call or email our reception staff who can confirm availability of the practitioner you require.

As we have a wide range of practitioners and treatments available at the Health Hub the prices will vary however many of our treatments will start from about £40. Also, with some of our treatments there will be a discount available for multiple bookings. If you wish to enquire about prices get in touch via email or telephone.

Yes most kinds of payment cards are accepted

As any professional organisation we are compliant with all official guidelines on social distancing and hygiene. In addition we have modern air exchange systems in place -a key method of keeping air circulating and fresh. We use other protocols on a regular basis (e.g. Ozone air treatment). Please note, on arrival we will ask the usual questions as to any likely exposure you may have had with Coronavirus.

We are focused on improved mobility, pain reduction and overall health (Active Therapies), so a wide scope. Our services are likely to help people with chronic conditions as well as post operative recovery, sports injuries etc.

These can present in all manner of forms so no easy answer. However our Active Therapies generally improve energy levels and are systemic working at a cellular level thus improving overall health .

Please call our reception as soon as possible to let us know if you would like to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We do ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow us to re-allocate the appointment to another patient.

These therapies require a qualified member of the Health Hub team working with you, one to one to provide you with vital support. They will be able to guide your pain management journey and provide information, feedback and support tailored especially to you.
