Morning Flow
Start your day with a gently enerergising flow. In this class you will move through postures designed to allow the body to wake up naturally. You will leave the class feeling refreshed and ready to seize the day.
Yogalates
This class combines traditional vinyasa style yoga with strengthening mat-based exercises. Body weight, straps or light weights will be used to help build muscle, flexibility and balance. A well-rounded class for those looking to experience yoga and strength training.
Vinyasa Flow
Flow through sequences that link breath with movement, building strength, flexibility, and balance. This energising practice will leave you grounded, focused, and recharged.
Stretch and Meditate
Give yourself permission to fully relax in this peaceful meditation and movement class. Combining gentle stretching, guided meditation and breathing practices you will float off the mat feeling centred and rested.
