Come and Escape for a bit of ‘Me’ time in our little Sanctuary at the Health Hub.
What to expect: To be comfortable and cozy on a yoga mat, with your pillow and blanket.
Lynne (Sound Healer)will use a variety of healing instruments, that omits a high frequency that washes away and moves negative/stagnant energy and regenerates the body, mind and soul.
Hydration is very important, so it recommended that you drink some water before participating.
