We value your time and ours, and to ensure fairness for all clients, we operate a strict cancellation policy for massage treatments:
1. Notice Period
All cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or do not attend, you will be charged the full session fee.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice.
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
4. Events
For events, a 48-hour cancellation rule applies.
Cancellations made with sufficient notice will receive a refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
5. Provider Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or event, you will receive a full refund and the option to transfer your booking
