Condition of the Skin

Skin ageing, acne, and rosacea are common dermatological concerns often connected to inflammation, oxidative stress, and the natural decline of collagen with age.

Theralight and Infrared Saunas promote collagen production, support skin elasticity, and enhance circulation, leading to clearer, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin. Theralight’s photobiomodulation also helps reduce redness, calm inflammation, and support wound healing, making it particularly helpful for acne and rosacea management. UVB phototherapy is not used for cosmetic purposes but remains important for chronic inflammatory skin conditions.

Cryotherapy is widely used in aesthetics for its refreshing and tightening effects. By reducing puffiness, shrinking pores, and calming surface inflammation, it can provide short-term improvements in skin tone, smoothness, and texture.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy, and Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) may indirectly support skin repair and rejuvenation by enhancing oxygenation, circulation, and cellular energy production, though they are not considered primary treatments for cosmetic skin concerns.
